Statement

I see walking as fundamental to my practice, and I explore the world with a range of techniques including soundwalking, durational walking, ritual walking, and psychogeographical forays. The findings drawn from these methods are put together in various interventions that operate on social, geographical, and psychic edges and boundaries. I developed a series of public walks, ‘Displacement Activities’ as part of a practice-led doctoral thesis, Archaeology of the Voice’ (2016). I’m now collaborating with Ursula Troche as ArtCouple, working on interventions around the edge of the Irish Sea.
